Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Cater to inbound and outbound calls from end customers, merchants, 3rd part to capture missing information
- Probing skills to capture all relevant information to initiate investigation
- Meet compliance requirements including deadlines of Regulation, networks.
Mian Qualifications:
- Senior High School graduate / Completed 2 years/4 semesters in college (in 1 course and no back subjects) OR College graduate
- WITH or WITHOUT BPO Experience
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and overcome objections
- Ability to maintain required sales percentages per week
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
- Willing to work onsite in Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php22,610.00 per month
