POSITION TITLE: ONLINE SALES SPECIALIST

WORK LOCATION: Maybunga, Pasig

WORK SETUP: Onsite

WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift

QUALIFICATIONS

-Must be a college graduate of any 4-year course or its equivalent

-Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION

-The Online Sales Specialist is responsible for driving digital sales growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves managing and updating customer databases, staying informed on product knowledge, and analyzing market trends to enhance online sales strategies. By leveraging industry best practices and emerging methodologies, the specialist contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's online sales performance and customer engagement initiatives. Additionally, the role supports various business functions as needed to optimize overall sales effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

-Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities

-Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations

-Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers

-Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction

-Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions

-Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in online sales

-Contribute insights that help shape the organization's approach to online sales strategies and customer engagement

-Report for work daily as scheduled by the employer

-Be physically and mentally fit to perform assigned tasks

-Willing to travel for field work as needed

-May be requested to work overtime

-Perform office-based duties (70%) and field-based duties (30%)
