Job Summary
The Lead Electrician is responsible for overseeing all electrical aspects of our fabrication and event operations. This role requires technical expertise in various electrical systems and equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team to ensure all projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all electrical fabrication and event activities, ensuring high-quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Coordinate all electrical work for various fabrication projects, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of electrical parts, supplies, tools, and equipment to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Ensure all electrical work follows strict safety protocols and venue regulations.
- Monitor, maintain, and perform electrical repairs on building systems and equipment to support ongoing fabrication and event needs.
- Provide feedback on material performance and suggest improvements to processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, and production teams to align on specifications and timelines.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on electrical work experience, preferably in a fabrication or events-related field.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising teams.
- Skilled in troubleshooting on-site electrical issues.
- Ability to read and follow technical plans and measurements.
- Physically fit to handle installation work (lifting, climbing, operating tools).
- Flexible schedule to work long hours, nights, and weekends during event set-ups.
- Must be willing to work in the Cavite area.
Education & Certifications
- A high school diploma or a vocational certificate is required.
- TESDA NCII certification is a plus.
- Relevant certificates of employment or training.
