About the Role
If you enjoy bringing clarity to ideas, organizing information, and turning complex processes into easy-to-follow documents, you'll love this role. We're looking for a Business Documentation Specialist who can take ownership of creating and improving the materials that keep our teams and clients running smoothly.
You'll work on everything from training manuals to business plans, operational workflows, and even Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs). Your work will directly support leadership, help teams perform better, and contribute to projects that span different industries. This is a remote, full-time role for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
What You'll Do
- Develop clear and practical training manuals, playbooks, and step-by-step guides for various business functions.
- Help build out business plans by researching, organizing content, and adding depth to strategic and operational sections.
- Support the preparation and updating of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and other regulatory materials.
- Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and workflow documents used by internal teams and clients.
- Edit and improve existing documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a polished professional tone.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and other business documents such as Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Research industry trends, best practices, and reference materials to strengthen documentation quality.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Technical Writing, or any related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in documentation, operations, training materials, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, business frameworks, or HR/Compliance areas.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and documentation platforms like Trainual or Easygenerator.
- Experience with business plans, SOPs, regulatory documents, or professional services environments is a plus.
- Excellent written English and the ability to explain processes clearly and logically.
- Based in the Philippines with a stable internet connection and a quiet work setup.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

- Ability to create visual aids such as flowcharts, diagrams, and process maps.
- Background in HR, training, or business process development.
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
