Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and customize WordPress (WooCommerce) and Shopify themes based on business requirements.

· Implement responsive, mobile-first front-end designs.

· Customize WordPress plugins and Shopify apps when necessary.

· Manage product catalogs, collections, and metafields in Shopify.

· Work with Liquid (Shopify), PHP (WordPress), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS/SASS.

· Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.

· Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.

· Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.

· Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical support.

· Stay updated with the latest WordPress, Shopify, and eCommerce trends.

· Handle multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively under pressure, and thrive in a

fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

· 3–6 years of hands-on experience in WordPress and Shopify development.

· Strong knowledge of PHP, Liquid, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.

· Experience with Shopify theme/app customization and WooCommerce.

· Familiarity with Git/version control and deployment workflows.

· Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

· Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

· Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

· Ability to handle multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (Optional):

· Experience with or other libraries for custom front-end solutions.

· Familiarity with Shopify GraphQL API and REST APIs.
