Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver effective

solutions

  • Convert designs (Figma, PSD, AI) into responsive and optimized landing pages or full websites

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix front-end issues across multiple sites and platforms

  • Implement animations and interactive experiences (GSAP or similar libraries)

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to responsive design principles

  • Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following best practices

  • Collaborate with back-end developers and designers for seamless integration

  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends

  • Be flexible and adaptable to work with new frameworks, tools, or client requirements

  • Optimize front-end performance for speed, SEO, and accessibility

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards

Qualifications

Core Skills

  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/SCSS) and/or utility-first frameworks (Tailwind

CSS)

  • Strong understanding of modern JavaScript workflows, including packages

management (experience with tools such as Vite, Laravel Mix, etc.)

  • Familiarity with at least one JavaScript framework or library (e.g., , React, jQuery)

  • Strong UI/UX perception and ability to translate designs into engaging user experiences

Additional Experience

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and Shopify development

  • Understanding of Git-based version control systems (Git, GitLab)

  • Familiarity with MVC architecture and concepts

  • Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, , etc.)

  • Exposure to Drupal or ASP.NET environments

  • Awareness of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices

  • Ability to create or contribute to UI design (e.g., wireframes, mockups, prototypes)

Requirements

  • This is a hybrid setup and requires you to go to the office, client meetings, or events (2 to 3 days working onsite).

  • Minimum of 2 weeks on-site training

  • Have a proper laptop and headset or earphones.

  • Have a stable Internet connection.

  • Have a space that is not noisy.

  • Residing in Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
