WE'RE HIRING – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Join our team— a trusted leader in pumps, motors, controls, and tanks across the Philippines. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of receivables, and maintain accurate financial records.


Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and monitoring accounts receivable transactions to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and proper account reconciliation. Plays a critical role in supporting the Finance and Accounting Department by maintaining updated receivable records, resolving payment issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.


What You'll Do

· Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner

· Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances

· Post collections and other related transactions into the accounting system accurately

· Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness

· Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies

· Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment documentation

· Generate accounts receivable aging reports and provide updates to management

· Ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable government requirements

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables

· Support audits by providing required documents and reconciliations


What We're Looking For

· Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

· Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collection, or related finance role

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
