JOB DESCRIPTION:
  1. Receiving of complete documents regarding Booking Confirmation from Customer Service.
  2. Monitoring of the completion of applied permits, licenses, and certificates thru concerned CSG employee. (e.g NTC Certification, PDEA Certification, Special Permits, OMB Clearance, etc.)
  3. Assess and evaluate the compliance level of AFF and OFF entries, cash advances, and liquidation, thru preparation of trade compliance analysis report.
  4. Continuous personal development on updating technical expertise (CMTA, Issuances, processes, and relevant rules and regulations).
  5. Troubleshooting trade customs and liquidation issues based on existing regulations and procedures.
  6. Handles trade customs inquiries based on existing laws, rules and regulations and issuances.
  7. Submit report of issues encountered and action taken.
  8. Submit report on analysis and transactions productivity.
  9. Perform such other functions as may be deemed relevant and/or essential.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A graduate of BS in Customs Administration.
  • At least six (6) month of experience related to freight forwarding or logistics industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with general computer operations, including file management and data entry.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Amenable to work in Sucat, Paranaque.
