We are seeking a highly motivated Fintech Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic support team. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and scalability of our financial applications and platforms.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will serve as the first line of technical support for production environments, working closely with internal teams, developers, and clients. Your main responsibility is to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues related to our fintech software, ensuring minimal downtime and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for mission-critical fintech applications.
  • Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to implement fixes and improvements.
  • Manage incident tickets, root cause analysis, and reporting using ITSM tools.
  • Ensure proper documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures.
  • Support deployment, configuration, and change management in production and UAT environments.
  • Interface with clients to understand and resolve application-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in application support within the fintech, banking, or software industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Linux/Unix, scripting (Shell, Python), and web technologies.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, financial transactions, and payment systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Splunk, or similar monitoring systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php170,000.00 per month
