About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager
to oversee and lead a growing team in Cebu. The ideal candidate has progressed through the ranks—from Team Lead to Operations Manager—and brings a strong track record of managing teams, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure team performance meets client and business goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and their respective teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, and productivity metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing work culture that encourages accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow planning to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations leadership roles (Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager).
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams (ideally 30–40 members).
  • Experience in the BPO industry, particularly in Cebu, strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Preferred Background

  • Candidates currently in Operations Manager roles at major Cebu-based BPOs (e.g., Concentrix, Teleperformance, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is a plus.
