Job Title: US Payroll Specialist
Location: Cebu City or Clark, Pampanga or Tarlac City or Mandaluyong City
Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM (Monday-Friday)
Work Arrangement: Onsite

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:
Payroll Expertise
● Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Paychex preferred)
● Understanding of U.S. payroll tax regulations, deductions, and reporting requirements
● Familiarity with year-end payroll requirements and compliance
● Ability to set up required state tax accounts; experience managing multi-state payrolls and understanding of varying state regulations
Benefits Administration
● Exposure to basic benefits compliance regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, etc.) as well as FMLA, ADA, and leave of absence administration. Experience with benefits administration processes, workers' compensation, and leave management
Foundation Skills
● Strong administrative and organizational abilities
● Spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets preferred, Excel ok)
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Clear verbal and written communication skills
● Confidential, compassionate, and understanding approach when handling employee matters
