Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Client Acquisition

Job Purpose:

To actively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by promoting the company's services to potential clients. The Marketing Specialist will design and execute client acquisition campaigns, build lead pipelines, and foster brand visibility in target industries.

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Prospecting & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential clients in relevant industries (e.g., retail, logistics, FMCG).
  • Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
  • Initiate contact with leads through calls, emails, networking events, and online platforms.

  • Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop B2B campaigns focused on client acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the design team on materials like service brochures, pitch decks, email marketing, and social media assets.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and lead conversion rates.

  • Client Meetings & Presentations

  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and pitches (virtual or onsite).

  • Understand client needs and tailor marketing messages and service offerings accordingly.

  • Brand Visibility & Market Research

  • Represent the company in trade shows, expos, and industry forums.

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine strategies.
  • Suggest innovations to improve client targeting and acquisition effectiveness.

  • Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly reports on prospecting activities, lead status, and acquisition progress.

  • Coordinate with operations and client service teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in services (audit, consulting, logistics, etc.).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset and ability to close leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
