Key Responsibilities:

Client and Strategy Management

  • Collaborate with the Lead to manage all digital requirements for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain frequent and proactive communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Prepare and present insights and reports on online media trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Media Planning and Buying

  • Develop holistic digital media plans based on key metrics, audience research, creative direction, and formats.
  • Manage Search and Social Media buying including:

  • Pre-buy cost estimates and goal accountability

  • Negotiation of buys and added value
  • Post-buy analysis and reporting
  • Invoice billing and payment coordination
  • Ensure campaign goals are met with on-time and accurate reporting of digital results.

Project and Partner Coordination

  • Cascade project timelines, budgets, and invoices to internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate with interactive agencies and partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Support Accounts team in client meetings and reviews.
  • Monitor digital trends and analyze online consumer attitudes and behavior regularly.

Reporting and Budget Management

  • Track and manage client budgets with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Submit digital spend tracking reports to the Digital Lead.
  • Safeguard clients from potential loss due to vendor or supplier non-compliance.

Research and Insights

  • Provide quarterly competitive scans and analyses.
  • Deliver in-depth analysis and recommendations through presentations and written reports on key online competitor activities.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  2. Has 3-4 years of experience in digital media planning and buying (preferably from a media or advertising agency)
  3. Skilled in developing and executing digital media strategies across multiple platforms (Search, Social, Programmatic, Display).
  4. Strong ability to craft and present media recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
  5. Knowledgeable in performance planning, campaign analysis, and optimization.
  6. Proficient in digital tools, analytics platforms, and current media trends.
  7. Excellent client management, communication, and organizational skills.
  8. Able to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
