Your Role at a Glance

Be part of our client's team as a Buyer's Agent Support and Mortgage Broking Assistant. You'll call Australian selling agents, research on- and off-market properties, maintain property and client pipelines, prepare briefs, support mortgage applications, and handle administrative tasks-helping clients secure properties while building your international career.

Qualifications That Will Make You Shine

  • Excellent spoken English with a confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
  • Minimum 2 years cold calling experience in real estate, sales, or lead generation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner with initiative and a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred / Highly Favoured:

  • Experience working in an Australian mortgage broking business
  • Experience using SalesTrekker
  • Familiarity with:
  • Ordering valuations and pricing
  • Researching lender policies
  • Quickli reporting
  • Lender portals
  • Aggregator compliance
  • Experience working with Australian real estate or property investment clients

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong general IT literacy, including file organization and cloud systems

What You'll Do Every Day

Buyer's Agency - Property Research & Agent Outreach (Primary Task)

  • Make outbound calls to selling agents across Australia daily
  • Introduce buyer's agency professionally and build strong working relationships
  • Request details on on-market, pre-market, and off-market properties
  • Follow up consistently with agents to maintain relationships and secure opportunities
  • Gather property information, including price guides, disclosures, rental estimates, and property details
  • Maintain property and client pipeline spreadsheets and update CRM daily
  • Prepare property briefs and summaries for the buyer's agent
  • Schedule inspections, private viewings, and agent callbacks
  • Track all agent engagement and conversion metrics

Mortgage Broking Support (Trainable, experience preferred)

  • Update and manage client applications in SalesTrekker
  • Order pricing, valuations, and supporting documents
  • Check lender requirements, policy notes, and servicing rules
  • Run Quickli reports and enter data accurately
  • Prepare loan application files for broker review
  • Assist with document collection and compliance tasks
  • Follow aggregator and lender compliance processes
  • Send follow-up emails for outstanding documents
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready digital files

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage calendars, reminders, and booking schedules
  • Prepare client-ready documents and research summaries
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook efficiently
  • Maintain accurate data entry and organize digital folders
  • Handle general administrative duties required by the business
  • Monitor emails and messages and escalate as required
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support business operations
