As we expand, we are seeking a Finance Manager to bring structure, strategy, and scalability to our financial operations.

Position Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing Outsourcey's end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll oversight, and compliance. You will play a critical role in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), while also improving systems and processes to support rapid business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of global and Philippine-based financial practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Strategy
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making by leadership
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve overall business health
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators
  • Create dashboards and ad hoc reports for leadership and investor reporting

Accounting & Compliance

  • Oversee general accounting processes including AP/AR, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Ensure tax compliance and timely filing with relevant government agencies (PH BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external accountants/auditors to maintain financial integrity

Payroll Oversight

  • Supervise payroll processing for remote employees across various regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with HR and client-facing teams to align payroll with contracts and labor laws
  • Optimize payroll tools and workflows for efficiency

System & Process Improvement

  • Streamline financial systems and adopt automation tools where applicable (e.g., Xero)
  • Establish and improve internal controls and financial policies
  • Drive continuous process improvements to support scale

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (
    CPA required

)
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong background in Philippine financial operations and payroll compliance
- Exposure to international/remote workforce financial management is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero)
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance in the Philippines
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • CPA - highly preferred
