Location: BGC City (Full Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:00 AM–6:30 PM), Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum 6 years of finance management background, including 4 years of people management experience (supervisory to managerial level).
  • Strong background in billing and collections
  • Hands-on experience using SAP S/4HANA as the primary accounting system
  • Prior experience in the mall/property management or retail industry is highly preferred
  • Experience preparing board-level reports and presenting to senior executives and foreign management.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with strong skills in team management and professional presentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of year-end financial audit activities and annual corporate financial controls audit/work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts. ✓ Reconciliation of all Balance Sheets and Income Statement on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
  • Prepare, Review and Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flow) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities.
  • Create accounting policies to clarify the roles, authority and responsibilities for essential financial management activities and decisions
  • Prepares necessary finance and accounting reports to be presented to the Management or Board.

Leasing & Revenue Management

  • Oversee rental revenue from tenants, ensuring correct computation based on:
  • Monitor tenant sales and ensure proper alignment with rental agreements.
  • Review and approve Statements of Account (SOA) and ensure accuracy of billings.
  • Manage collection of payments from tenants using SAP (current and upcoming S/4HANA migration).
