ACMobility, the Ayala Group's mobility platform, is looking for a
Digital Growth Manager
to join our Marketing team. The role plays a key part in optimizing our digital presence across websites, third-party platforms, and campaign channels, ensuring seamless user experiences and measurable brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize user experience and engagement across all consumer-facing digital properties.
  • Maintain and monitor websites, platforms, and marketing assets to ensure compliance, functionality, and up-to-date content.
  • Analyze website and campaign data, provide insights, and recommend strategies to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, ISD, suppliers, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of digital initiatives.
  • Explore and implement new tools, platforms, and trends to enhance digital performance and customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, creative, and technical skills with experience in digital marketing, online growth initiatives, and data-driven optimization. They have a deep understanding of digital platforms, UX/UI, and customer experience and are able to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
