Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the President will provide high-level administrative support to the President of a food distribution company in the Philippines. This position requires exceptional organisational and communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the capacity to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the President as needed.

Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.

Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the President.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the job.

Anticipate the needs of the President and take proactive steps to ensure efficient operations.

Manage special projects as assigned by the President.

Support the President in managing relationships with key partners and clients.

Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursements on behalf of the President.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong numerical skills, with proficiency in financial analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
