What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support and build repeatable processes that (1) speed up franchisee project approval process while ensuring they are aligned with brand standard and (3) create reliable visibility into SKU-level costs across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchisee Start-of-Business Approvals: Manage incoming requests, coordinate cross-functional approvals and maintain a live tracking system to ensure smooth franchisee onboarding.
  • SKU Cost Visibility (EMEA): Build and maintain a structured, per-SKU cost breakdown—including ingredients/BOM, packaging, logistics and relevant taxes/fees—in collaboration with procurement teams and external suppliers.
  • Periodic Cost Refresh: Design and implement a documented, version-controlled process and calendar to periodically update SKU costs. Maintain clear inputs, data sources, owners and change logs.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word. Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and data cleaning (macros a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination and stakeholder management across functions
  • Highly structured thinker with exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional proficiency in English and availability to work within EMEA time zones

Desired Skills:

  • Background in brand, retail, QSR, or consumer goods
  • Exposure to costing, procurement, or finance functions
