  • Training Management- confirms training schedule with L&D and L&C, enrolls participants, and confirms attendance, collects feedback and evaluations, records, and archives attendance, generates reports & insights, and distributes certificates (if applicable).
  • Logistics Management- secures venue/virtual platform, arranges equipment and materials, prepares training kits (if applicable)- while we encourage digital copy, prints manuals that can be done at least 2 weeks preparations, nametags, certificates, provides coordination of technical support, and arranges in-house gate pass of vendors.
  • Communication Management - releases training invitations, sends training reminders, communicates pre-training requirements, handles training-related inquiries, distributes post- training surveys, shares training completion and recognition, releases training announcements, and releases learning key visuals.
  • Workday Management (Course creation and enrollment, and reports).
  • Cash Advance Request- sends CA requests to clients (the CA amount will be seeded 7 days from the request date). Once the CA amount will be received, purchase an order for needed training materials.
  • Receipts Liquidation Processing- compiles receipts and sends to clients, checks the total amount of purchase order. The amount should be exact versus the receipts if not, send the remaining amount to the client.
  • Training Permits Processing- secures permits by sending email to facilities management, secures the requirements from the requestor: headcount list, list of materials from the vendors.
  • Reports Management- updates LO database, encodes list of attendees, and training from the last day of training/activity.
  • Room Reservation Management- checks responses from the GFU room reservation form and plots the requests on the tracker, sends to housekeeping room requirements for the training.

Qualifications:

  • Maternity Leave Reliever
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably a graduate of BS Business Management in Human Resource Development, BS Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have at least 3 months experience in Human Resources especially in compensation and benefits processes.
  • Candidate must have an ability to understand numbers and current trends to help in analyzing data that aid for decision making.
  • Candidate must be keen to details, flexible, and adaptable for change.
  • Candidate must have a good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up based in Taguig City.
