Baomi Dumplings, a start up FMCG company, is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Production Supervisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that production targets are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations.
  • Supervise and support all production staff.
  • Ensure daily production and quality goals are met.
  • Coordinate with clients for orders and oversee dispatching.
  • Maintain smooth workflow and resolve operational challenges.

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a closely related field.
  • Brings 1–2 years minimum experience in food service or restaurant / operational supervision.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Performs well under pressure in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic office software.
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledgeable in food safety regulations, with training or certification in HACCP, ServSafe, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
