The Assistant Branch Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing branch operations in the absence of the Branch Supervisor. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring effective inventory control management and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising within the store.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Branch Operations

  • Oversees the overall operations of the branch and coordinates day-to-day concerns whenever the Branch Supervisor is unavailable.
  • Ensures all store personnel adhere to uniform and grooming standards before starting their shifts.
  • Enforces daily compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Implements and maintains window displays in coordination with the Visual Merchandising Department.
  • Upholds store cleanliness and ensures consistent upkeep to present a professional and inviting retail environment.
  • Oversees marketing initiatives within the store.
  • Maintains a secure store environment through adherence to established security measures.

General Management

  • Monitors staff attendance and reports any significant deviations.
  • Ensures timely submission of all documents required by the office.
  • Verifies that new store employees are properly assigned employee codes.
  • Ensures full compliance with security protocols, procedures, and policies.
  • Conducts regular inspections of fire extinguishers to confirm they are functional and within validity.
  • Oversees timely payment of all store billing statements.
  • Monitors stock levels of office supplies and cleaning materials, preparing requisitions as needed.
  • Coordinates with Accounting for the timely processing and renewal of store permits.
  • Attends company meetings, seminars, expos, and other related activities to stay updated on policies and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Degree in Sports Science and Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or any related courses.
  • At least 6 mos. working related experience
  • With good communication and supervisory skills
  • With excellent customer relation skills.
  • Willing to work mall hours operation
