We are looking for a dedicated Post Sales Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on providing exceptional after-sales support, addressing client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales support to clients through phone, email, or onsite visits
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product or service issues
  • Ensure timely delivery of service commitments and solutions
  • Maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Prepare post-sales reports and customer feedback documentation
  • Assist in upselling or cross-selling additional services when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or post-sales preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and able to build long-term relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Organized, proactive, and team player
