About the role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our residential sales growth by providing exceptional customer service and closing deals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Generating and following up on sales leads to identify prospective clients
  2. Conducting property viewings and open house events to showcase our residential offerings
  3. Negotiating and closing sales transactions with clients in a professional and ethical manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
  5. Providing post-sale support and ensuring a seamless customer experience
