Treasury Assistant

The Treasury Assistant (Cashier) is responsible for managing cash collections, payments, and daily treasury operations for the condominium. This role ensures that all financial transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The position also involves maintaining accurate financial records and assisting in treasury-related functions within the property management and real estate framework.
Cashiering & Collection Management
- Receive and process payments from unit owners and tenants, including association dues, utilities, and other fees.
- Issue official receipts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Deposit collections to the designated bank accounts and reconcile collections against records.
- Maintain an organized cash fund and ensure adequate change availability.
Disbursement & Treasury Functions
- Process petty cash requests and replenishments in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of payments for suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate with the accounting team for check preparation and release.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds while maintaining proper documentation.
Customer Service & Compliance
- Address unit owner and tenant inquiries regarding payments and billing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government regulations related to cash handling.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of financial transactions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in cash handling, treasury, or finance-related roles.
- Experience in property management or real estate industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cash management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and financial management software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- To be assigned in Manila.
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30-5:30
