Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Engagement Executive to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients in the education, construction, scientific, medical, military, government, and many other industries. This contract position is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for innovative technology solutions like VR and AI. You'll play a key role in expanding VRCentre's impact by identifying new partnerships, nurturing existing ones, and ensuring seamless project delivery that drives client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, including RTOs, construction firms, medical institutions, and other large organisations. Act as the primary point of contact, understanding their unique needs and aligning VRCentre's VR solutions to address them.
Business Development and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation. Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and demos of VRCentre's VR education platforms to showcase their value in enhancing training outcomes.
Project Negotiation and Delivery: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and project scopes. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of VR projects, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., developers, content creators, and educators) to ensure timely implementation, customisation, and integration of solutions.
Account Growth: Analyse client feedback and performance metrics to upsell additional services, such as AI-enhanced modules or expanded VR content libraries. Develop strategies to increase client retention and expand accounts within large organisations.
Market Insights and Reporting: Stay abreast of trends in VR, AI, education, construction, and medical sectors. Provide regular reports on client engagement activities, sales pipelines, and project milestones to VRCentre's leadership team.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and technical support, to deliver exceptional client experiences and innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Proven track record at the corporate level in client management, sales, or business development, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role. Experience negotiating and managing significant projects with large organisations is essential. Background in technology, education, construction, or healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex VR and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
B2B sales experience is required for this role.
Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and project management software.
Passion for innovative technologies, particularly VR/AR, AI, and their applications in education and training.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Education, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales, project management (e.g., PMP), or VR technologies are a plus.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, contract-based environment. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
