What we're looking for

We're looking for a Client Executive that's obsessed with providing the best service for their clients. As a Client Exec you will have a keen eye for details and be able to manage multiple projects at the same time. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm and is keen to forge a career in client services.

You will become a vital part of the growing Client Services team. Your main role will be to ensure that we deliver the highest possible standard of service to our clients. 

You will be client facing and attend client meetings wherein you will support the client manager. You will also communicate with clients via various online platforms.

You will need to pick up some basic SEO knowledge in order to better understand what we do for clients. Even better if you already have this knowledge.

The ideal candidate 

  • Should have excellent spoken & written english as you will have to communicate with clients all over the world. 
  • Should be well organized and accurate with their approach to work.
  • Should be confident and responsible enough to work on their own initiative.
  • Should have experience of working in a client facing role - at least 1 year.
  • Should have a strong internet connection - in order to attend video meetings.
  • Should have a good understanding of Google Sheets

Nice to have

  • Previous experience being SEO
  • Experience in using Asana

Job responsibilities

  • Sends updates to clients - follow up with clients to get content approved
  • Updates client content calendars
  • Attends client meetings - take notes and action points, have input on certain topics, give round up of action points
  • Helps prepare/debrief client meetings
  • Add action points and assign tasks on Asana
  • Completes any ad hoc client tasks that come out of meetings
  • Helps with monthly/quarterly client reporting
  • Checks work before it is sent to clients - keep high standards of work
  • Helps monitor and be responsible for client targets, make sure we deliver what we say we will
  • Covers for Client VA & Client Manager where necessary
