About the Role:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our Finance team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Performing general ledger account reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of accounting experience (experience in corporate or audit setting is an advantage).
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

Pay: Php32, Php35,000.00 per month
