  • Coordinate with other departments to request necessary documentation and information.
  • Monitor and respond to emails received in the Dasca email account.
  • Manage compliance-related tasks for other companies, including obtaining SEC certification and reviewing contracts.
  • Endorse contracts and memoranda of agreement (MOA) as required.
  • Track and maintain records of important documents.
  • Ensure timely renewal of necessary permits including but not limited to business permits, fire safety certifications, and sanitary permits on an annual basis; and other regulatory documents relevant to the business.
  • Address complaints received from the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) promptly and effectively.
  • Act as the primary contact person for collection agencies and other third-party providers as may deem necessary.
  • Facilitate the application process for RTA in Meralco, including follow-ups and submission of necessary requirements.
  • Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel if there are concerns regarding legal aspects of compliance.
  • Manage corporate compliance requirements to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
