
Process Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Documentation Specialist to develop clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation that captures business processes and workflows. This role collaborates closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define and document standard procedures, ensuring alignment with governance standards and business requirements. Your work will help teams operate more efficiently by translating complex processes into accessible, actionable content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structured, user-friendly documentation for end-to-end business processes
- Review, refine, and maintain existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and relevance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to validate process steps, roles, and ownership
- Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational templates and governance frameworks
- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and levels
- Storytelling ability to make complex information relatable and easy to understand
- Leadership and ownership of assigned documentation initiatives
- Experience in end-to-end (E2E) process design and documentation
- Familiarity with process improvement or process governance frameworks
- Proficient in documentation tools and project management methodologies
- Proven knowledge of process frameworks (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Confident communicator who can engage with diverse stakeholders across the organization
- Able to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
- Effective at translating technical or complex business information into clear and engaging content.
