Key Results Area (KRA):

  • Edit Static Graphic Content:
    Create and edit static graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • Edit Video Content:
    Edit video content for promotional campaigns, product launches, and social media posts.
  • Support Production Shoots:
    Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of production shoots, ensuring high-quality visual output.
  • Collaborate with Creative Team:
    Work closely with designers, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetic and standards.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:
    Keep abreast of the latest multimedia design trends and techniques to continually improve content quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    At least 1 year of experience in multimedia design, photography, or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Technical Skills:
    Knowledgeable in video editing, graphic design, and production shoot processes.
  • Creative Mindset:
    Strong creative skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to multimedia production.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to 28k
  • Guaranteed 14th month and 15th month pay
