Location: Alabang

Work Setup: Hybrid

Schedule: Mid / Night Shift

Are you an experienced professional in risk and control testing ready to lead a high-impact team? Join us as a Senior Manager for Control Testing and play a key role in strengthening our organization's control environment and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

Lead control testing programs to assess and enhance the design and operational effectiveness of key business controls.

Develop and implement robust testing methodologies and reporting standards.

Collaborate with Audit, Compliance, and Risk teams to drive governance and accountability.

Identify control gaps, recommend remediation plans, and track corrective actions.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of control testing professionals.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

At least 3 years of experience in Control Testing, Internal Audit, or Risk Management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of frameworks such as COSO, SOX, or COBIT is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's or MBA Degree

3+ years in Corporate Management Consulting

3+ years in Financial Services, Regulatory Compliance, or Credit

3+ years in People Management

5+ years in Risk Management, Controls Testing, or Project Management

PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
