Positions in this function maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports. Performs account reconciliations and analyses, prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles. Analyzes and prepares financial statements, including balance sheets and statements of financial position. Involved in the monthly/quarterly 'close' process. Prepares documentation in support of external and internal audits. *Employees in jobs labeled with 'SCA' must support a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.

• Daily/Monthly

• Manage mailbox 8am - 5pm CST US

• Respond to and handle client issues from mailbox
• Back up other team members as needed
• Manage tickets from our ticketing system in Enterprise Now
• Reviewing and tracking undelivered mail
• Address updates/name contact changes based on returned mail
• Report generation for cancellations and credits

• Weekly/Monthly task completion report

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

• College graduate (any accounting-related course)
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Extensive work experience within own function
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Excel
