Job Summary-

We are looking for nursing graduates in ensuring patients, healthcare providers, and partners receive accurate, timely, and compassionate support related to pharmaceutical delivery services. This role is responsible for enrolling patients into prescription delivery programs, verifying eligibility, coordinating with pharmacies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.

Key Responsibilities-

Facilitate the enrollment of patients into pharmaceutical delivery programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Ensure timely processing of enrollment requests to avoid delays in medication delivery.

Customer Service-

Handle calls, emails, or chats from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding enrollment, order status, delivery timelines, and program information.
