Job Description:

  • Manage the team by delegating tasks and responsibilities, providing training, development, and routine performance evaluations for team members.
  • Build relationships with potential customers, analyze their needs, and identify suitable solutions.

  • Provide technical support and creative solutions to overcome potential challenges.
  • Utilize new methods to acquire customers.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a valid Philippine passport valid for at least 3 years.
  • Active proficiency in English
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil or Mechanical Engineering).
  • Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office) and AutoCAD.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Technical Sales Engineer.
  • Experience in Coating and Lining is an added advantage.
  • Honest, hardworking, and able to work well in a team.
