About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Management to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will Lead financial analysis, planning, and compliance activities; guide team delivery, and other duties assigned.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead financial analysis, planning, and compliance activities; guide team delivery.
  • Provide leadership for SOX compliance and control environment.
  • Create forward‑looking models for business planning and decision support.
  • Partner with PMO, accounting, tax, and leadership to drive value.
  • Oversee P&L analysis, forecasts, trend modeling, and recommendations.
  • Provide guidance on SOX actions/policies and ongoing monitoring.
  • Coach team members; conduct performance management and mentoring.
  • Communicate results to SVP/VP audiences; tailor messages to non‑finance partners.
  • Drive multi‑priority execution; maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred; 1+ years experience with increasing scope.
  2. Shared services/BPO experience in Manila preferred for analysts/seniors.
  3. Variance analysis, data mining, and close/forecasting knowledge.
  4. Very strong Excel (lookups, nesting, pivots); Oracle experience a plus.
  5. Experience supervising or managing a team.
  6. Experience in leading analytical teams and partnering cross‑functionally.
  7. Designing and interpreting financial models for planning.
  8. Capable of implementing SOX/controls and monitoring activities.
  9. Possess effective communication skills.
  10. Can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
