About the Role

You will be responsible to manage our end-to-end financial reporting and overall financial operations. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and support strategic decision-making. you'll be directly reports to the Finance Manager/Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and Budget vs. Actual Analysis.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee and manage daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Month/Quarter Close: Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly and quarterly close processes and management reporting.
  • Compliance & Control: Monitor cash flow, maintain robust financial policies, internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., BIR).
  • Budgeting: Assist in the development of the annual operating budget and monitor departmental expense adherence.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA/ACCA/CMA highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role with significant exposure to financial reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks); deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and local tax laws (BIR).

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 pm, full on-site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php75,000.00 per month
