Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement opportunities.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and relevant tax regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee banking relationships and financial transactions.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and financing options.

Cost Management & Control

  • Review and control operating expenses and cost centers.
  • Identify cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Support procurement and contract negotiations with financial insights.

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions and business planning.
  • Lead, train, and develop members of the finance and accounting team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with company goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php40,000.00 per month
