About the role

Northerly Digital Services Inc.' is seeking a talented and driven Field Sales Officer to join our team in Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our telecommunications products and services in the local market. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engaging with potential customers in the local area to promote Northerly Digital Services' telecommunications solutions
  • Conducting face-to-face sales meetings and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the designated territory
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback to the sales management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with customers
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in using sales automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
