  • Provides technical support to customers for Point of Sale software, systems, and hardware.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to POS terminals.
  • Check terminal appearance, connection, working condition and perform test transactions for all card brands.
  • Accomplish a service activity report for service activity done; attach a test transaction receipt as proof that work is correct and efficient.
  • Relay concerns regarding client's satisfaction, POS terminal performance, and suggestions for service improvement.
  • Perform other tasks/projects such as reprogramming, site visit, software upgrade, terminal swapping and pullout activity as requested by client.
  • Protect and secure company issued items as well as those provided by the client such as terminals, peripherals and other supplies.
  • Turnover pulled out/defective spare units to head office at the end of every workday.
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
  • Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns.
  • Perform related work as assigned.
