About the role

Square Pharmaceutical, Inc' is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team in our Carmona Cavite office. As a Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our pharmaceutical products meet all relevant regulatory requirements and standards. What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and submitting regulatory documentation, including new product applications, variations, and renewals
  2. Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and guidelines, and ensuring our products and processes remain compliant
  3. Liaising with regulatory authorities to address queries and facilitate the approval process
  4. Providing regulatory guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance
  5. Participating in the planning and implementation of regulatory strategies to support business objectives
  6. Maintaining comprehensive regulatory records and databases
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulatory developments

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a regulatory affairs role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  2. Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and approval processes
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proficient in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation, including new product applications, variations, and renewals
  5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  7. Relevant tertiary qualification in a scientific or regulatory-related field
