QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Must have at least 3–5 years of experience in Banquet Operations, Events Management, or a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong background in event planning, banquet setup standards, and food & beverage service operations.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to handle corporate and social events.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of sales strategies, revenue management, and negotiating techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to collaborate effectively with various departments.
