Qualifications&Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or allied course
  • 1-2 years experience as Accounting Staff
  • preferably 1-2 years Hospital exposure
  • computer literate and proficient in all MS App

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Systematic recording of all financial transactions, preparation of financial statements and relevant reports, and maintenance and safekeeping of the hospital's Book of Accounts.
  • Participate in the preparation, evaluation, justification, and maintenance of budgets and budgetary controls.
  • Assists in developing, preparing, and reviewing company grant budgets.
  • Prepares a variety of detailed accounting, statistical, and narrative financial statements or reports requiring analysis and interpretation;
  • Reviews and analyzes grants, contracts, and proposals for financial soundness and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and County policies. and works with the Auditor-Controller and with data processing personnel regarding work of fiscal and clerical personnel in making entries, reconciliation's.
  • Collects data on direct, indirect, and overhead costs of operations as they relate to the setting of rates and fees.
  • Recommends and assists in the implementation of new or revised accounting systems, procedures, and records.
  • Performs professional accounting duties including the examination, analysis, maintenance, reconciliation and verification of financial records.
  • Checking and summarizing of Petty Cash expenses from Cashier.
  • Check Voucher and check preparation for approval and signature of the President and Corporate Treasurer.
  • Receiving of sealed daily Sales Collections from Cashier for safekeeping and transmittal to SB armored van for pick up every Friday.
  • Releasing of Doctor's Professional Fees.
  • Releasing of checks to suppliers, employees and doctor's professional fees. For suppliers, OR must be issued and to any authorized representative with two (2) valid ID's and an authorization letter. Schedule for check releasing especially to suppliers is every Friday and Saturday only.
  • Safekeeping and releasing of professional fees to every doctors.
  • Responsible in preparing Check Voucher and Check Writer as well as keeping the record by writing the check number checkbook. and check voucher number in the Accounting check preparation and Accounting's
