Job Summary

The RTS Staff is responsible for processing returned parcels by opening, sorting, assessing item conditions, and updating inventory records accurately. This role plays a critical part in restoring stock levels, maintaining accurate system inventory, and ensuring returned items are processed efficiently to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and open returned parcels daily in the RTS area
  • Sort items based on type, priority, and condition
  • Assess returned items for usability, damages, or discrepancies
  • Scan items and update inventory records accurately in the system
  • Ensure stock levels are updated promptly to avoid inventory delays
  • Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness of the RTS work area
  • Meet daily processing targets and quality standards

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate or college level
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or returns processing is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in using computer and Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Able to follow processes and meet daily productivity targets
  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks
  • Honest, reliable, and accountable
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
