URGENT HIRING

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or Medical Allied Professions;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to submit their applications;
• Has work experience in HMO or hospital setting is an advantage;
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Application;
• Willing to start anytime.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Does referrals for Out-patient Department consultation and In-patient Department diagnostic;
• Received phone calls regarding HMO transactions;
• Transmitting out-patient department diagnostic and In-patient statement of account;
• Updating all pending HMO accounts in patient and out-patient department diagnostic;
• Approved patient laboratory request and procedures;
• Communicates with HMO patient concerns deals with in-patient and out-patient diagnostic;
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
