
Business Process Documentation Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation - Define, document, and align new policies and procedures to support department functionalities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and governance frameworks.
- Creating and updating detailed documentation like standard operating procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with different teams and external service providers (e.g., SAP) to align processes and requirements for documentations.
- Work closely with SAP consultants to ensure system configuration aligns with business requirements, ensuring policies and procedures are well-supported by department.
- Risk Management - Assess risks related to policies and procedures, collaborate on risk mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during the migration process.
- Change Management and Training Support - Assist in managing organizational change, developing training materials, and providing user training to ensure smooth adoption of new policies and post-migration processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
- Proficient in creating and managing process documentation.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of managing process improvements and documenting changes
- Key Skills: Process Mapping, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Decision Making, Change Management
- Amenable to work from 8AM-5PM in Quezon City
