Sales Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and review account deductions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses to confirm alignment with financial plans and targets.
  • Reconcile accounts and coordinate with Sales Agents to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct account visits as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a collaborative attitude.
  • Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday at Banawe, Quezon City.
  • Open to fresh graduates; candidates with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
