  • Responsible for enhancing the skills and performance of the company's distributors team. Primary objective is to develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs that equip sales force or the distributors with the knowledge, techniques, and motivation needed to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Assessing the sales team's current performance, identifying skill gaps, and determining training objectives
  • Designing and creating engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, workshops, role-playing scenarios, and e-learning modules.
  • Facilitating both individual coaching sessions and group training to new recruit and existing distributors on sales methodologies, use of digital platforms, sales productivity & management, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to align training content with company goals and market trends.
  • Possesses a strong background in sales, above communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
