Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & SEO Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role combines expertise in paid advertising and organic search optimization to drive visibility, leads, and sales for our clients. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, implementing SEO strategies, and supporting digital marketing initiatives with social media management and creative design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video.
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and track ranking improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze paid and organic performance; adjust strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Manage content calendars and publish engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Design visually appealing graphics for ads, posts, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads management (Search, Display, Video).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Proficiency in keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
