Google Ads Manager

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $50,000 PHP / Month

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and creative Google Ads Manager to join our marketing team. This role will work directly under the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across up to 50 client accounts. You will ensure each client achieves measurable growth and ROI through data-driven advertising strategies, while setting up and maintaining accurate conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
  • Set up and manage campaign structures including Smart Campaigns, Search, Display, and Retargeting ads.
  • Implement and maintain negative keyword lists, conversion tracking, geo-targeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Handle conversion tracking setup, Google Tag Manager configurations, and proper event/goal tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns to hit KPIs.
  • Create regular performance reports with actionable insights for both internal use and client review.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on strategy, scaling opportunities, and testing new campaign approaches.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, industry best practices, and emerging PPC trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts (agency or multi-client experience strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related PPC tools.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategy optimization, and budget pacing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conversion tracking setup (tags, events, pixels) and troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Google Ads certification(s) preferred.
